CLICK & COLLECT
We are very pleased to offer you our convenient Click & Collect method. This method is absolutely FREE. Select the item/s you want to purchase, place them in your shopping cart and choose Click & Collect. When it's convenient for you, simply visit our store during operating hours and collect your purchases. It's easy as 1-2-3. Orders not collected within 7 days will return to inventory.
Our Partner, Go-Gettas is in place to deliver your order. Select the item/s you want to purchase, place them in your shopping cart and on checkout, choose Local Delivery. Orders placed will be delivered within 24 hours. Fees apply.
EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE (EMS)
This shipping method is similar to the services offered by private couriers. These items are specially marked by the internationally recognized orange and blue bands and stripes.
This category of mail delivery service, receives prioritized attention and handling from the time of posting, throughout the journey to its destination. EMS items are hand delivered and provides track and trace capabilities. Customers can visit EMS’ website or partners’ sites to make inquiries.
Delivery takes 7 to 10 business days.
DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS
This shipping method is available globally and limited to certain Islands of the Bahamas. This is the most expedient way to receive your order.
Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days.
We have considered that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item/s as a result of sizing and the designer’s cut. Our policy is outlined below:
RETURN TO STORE
For your convenience, items purchased on www.esquiremen.com can be returned to our store. A store credit will be issued at the time of return. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued but all store credit can be used towards future purchases. All items purchased directly from the store and returned will be handled in this same manner.
To enable quick processing of your return, please bring with you a copy of your email or store receipt. Returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. No returns on sale items.
All cancellations for online orders must be received within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please send an email to email@example.com or call us at (242)352-8816.
Cancellation refunds will be processed within 5 business days and is subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the original purchase value. Your credit card or Paypal account will be credited for this amount.
Exchanges are only available at the store. If you have purchased an item and would like to exchange for another, please bring the item into the store along with your copy of the email or store receipt. Exchanges must be done within 7 business days from purchase date. No exchange on sale items.
Layaways are an available option at Esquire. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance should be paid and item collected within 30 days from the date of the original deposit. Items not collected on the 31st day (after date of original deposit) will be placed back in inventory and all deposits forfeited.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you use our website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, date of birth, email address, telephone number. By giving us such information, you will need to consent to our using it in the manner described in this policy.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will return or destroy your personal information within five days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent.
