We have implemented a COVID-19 prevention response to maintain the safety of our staff and valued customers. When our store reopens on June 2nd we will be implementing physical distancing measures as mandated by Government. This means that there will be a limitation on the amount of customers we can serve in the store, at a given time. We have implemented several preventative measures such as installation of plexiglass to our check out, mounting of a sanitizing station at the entrance and exit of our store, identified physical distancing markers at checkout, installation of store buzzer to control the flow of customers and temperature monitoring will be implemented. Our employees will be properly masked and we will require our customers to wear masks, covering the nose and mouth, upon entry to the store. We have organized for our store to be properly sanitized, including the fitting room. Our aim always is to create the best customer experience and with this, we had positioned a coffee/tea/snack station at the front of the store; regrettably we will remove this for the time being. In May 2019 we rolled out our website for your easy access to our merchandise online. You are able to purchase online and collect at the store via Click & Collect or select another method of delivery. This online option is highly recommended to alleviate the in-store engagement and is available 24/7. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and payments through Cash N Go, therefore we strongly encourage you to utilize the online option. Whatever your decision, whether shopping in our brick and mortar, or virtually, we are ready to serve you.
